Razer BlackWidow™ – Mekanisk designet keyboard til gamere
Det er ikke mange dage siden at Razer atter annoncerede et nyt produkt til markedet. Uden den store overraskelse så er der tale om et nyt tastatur i den 8-benede kategori, da alle deres tastaturer har edderkop navne, hvor den nyeste version har fået navnet BlackWidow.
BlackWidow er ligesom sine forgængere designet 100 % til gamer miljøet der også har været med til at påvirke designet som normalt på det område. Det nye tastatur er dog noget anderledes end tidligere versioner ved at bærer et 100 % mekanisk design.
Når der snakkes om mekanisk design så er det hvilken tastemekanisme der sidder under hver tast, hvor det typisk er klips og små kontakter der holder tingene. Når man har et mekanisk design bevæger vi os over i en komplet konstruktion der er langt kraftigere og solid.
Det er den klassiske “klik” lyd man atter kommer til at opleve, men også et tastatur der kan holde til langt mere. Razer siger det er første gamer designet mekanisk tastatur designet på markedet, men her er vi faktisk en smule i tvivl da danske SteelSeries for nogle år siden lancerede deres 6G og 6G V2.
Det som Razer kan slå på er at deres Mekaniske gamer tastatur har langt flere funktioner og muligheder, men på det mekaniske er Razer ikke de første efter vores information og viden.
Tastaturet kommer denne gang i 2 forskellige udgaver, BlackWidow og BlackWidow Ultimate hvor forskellen er at Ultimate er udstyret med blåt lys bag alle tasterne, ellers er de 2 modeller identiske.

Most mechanical keyboards in the market today are standard mechanical keyboards rebadged as gaming keyboards that feature stiff keys that cause key actuation fatigue. Such keyboards are inherently worse off for gamers as it actually decreases gameplay performance as opposed to enhancing it. As a result, most professional gamers eschew such marketing gimmicks for regular membrane keyboards.
For the past 3 years, Razer’s design and engineering teams have been working on a mechanical keyboard – developed for gamers from the ground up, resulting in the Razer BlackWidow.
